Most of my day-to-day work involves the user interface and user experience design for BMC Software’s marketplace products. These tools empower Enterprise IT, allowing them to build branded communities for their business partners. These communities drive sales by offering customers value-added products and application-solutions for business.
Each marketplace includes a custom-branded front end and powerful administrative back end that offer partner publishing, transactional processing, fulfillment, auto-provisioning, lead management, CRM integration and reporting.
